Forest ecologist working on soil carbon, deadwood decay and peatland hydrology in boreal Fennoscandia. Principal investigator of the Storbäcken plot network, remeasured every autumn since 1994. Considering senior appointments from January 2027; open to collaboration and to doctoral applications for autumn 2027.
